A hit-and-run suspect was captured after an exhaustive swamp manhunt in Florida. The manhunt went through miles of swamp, but the suspect wanted in connection with a hit-and-run crash in Palm City was captured. According to law enforcement, he was identified as 39-year-old Likenson Daceus, of Ft. Pierce.
At the time, Daceus fled the scene and attempted to evade law enforcement by hiding in a large swamp along the Martin County and St. Lucie County line.
