Why is city ordinance 6323 from 1972 not being enforced? That was my question to my City Council representative and a whole bunch of city staff including City Manager and P&Z Director.
This resulted in getting a response from City employees Rejino and Kagan, which was that platting of the land in the 1940’s and 1950’s preempts Ordinance 6323
