NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The Claiborne Avenue Judge Seeber Bridge on LA 39 will be closed to vehicular traffic this weekend, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development said.
DOTD officials said the closure is for bridge inspections and repairs, weather permitting. The bridge will be closed from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 18, and Sunday, Sept. 19.

However, the bridge will stay open to marine traffic, DOTD officials reported.
