CINCINNATI (WXIX) – An 18-year-old was arrested Saturday during a stop for riding a bike on the sidewalk.
According to the Cincinnati Police Department, Destin Howard, 18, was stopped for riding a Red Bike on a busy downtown sidewalk Saturday afternoon.
