The City of Columbia Parks & Recreation Department is inviting local organizations, agencies, businesses and service providers that serve children and families to participate in its upcoming Halloween Day Party, scheduled for October 31 from 1–4 p.m. at Dutch Square Mall.
The free event is designed for children ages 12 and under and will feature an afternoon of games, music, karaoke, costume contests, trivia, treats, prizes and Halloween fun.
