MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — The South Atlantic Shrine Association held its annual fall festival in Myrtle Beach, filling the streets with music, mini cars and clown performances while bringing Shriners from across the region together for fellowship and community outreach.
The parade is part of the organization’s broader effort to support Shriners Children’s, a health care system that provides specialty medical care to children. Beyond the entertainment, the annual gathering helps raise awareness and support for the organization’s pediatric care efforts.
