VAN BUREN, N.Y. — On Thursday, around 9:30 a.m., New York State Police went to a jackknifed tractor-trailer on I-90 in Onondaga County, which led to a three-car crash.
Police say Steven Garpue Nauhn from Rochester, 38, was driving through an active work zone in the westbound lane on I-90 when he lost control and crashed into a concrete barrier. The impact caused the barrier to be pushed into the eastbound side of the highway, police explained.
