A Houston-area woman had owned her new 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe for a little more than a week when she woke before dawn to flashlights outside her home.
A deputy was at the house, and the Tahoe was running in the driveway. Moments later, people inside or around the SUV took off, leaving the vehicle behind.
