Warren Haynes has officially confirmed his annual Christmas Jam benefit will return for its 34th year on Saturday, December 12th at ExploreAsheville.com Arena in his hometown of Asheville, NC. As with past editions, proceeds from the event will benefit Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity and BeLoved Asheville.
The announcement follows the tradition’s triumphant homecoming in 2025, after the devastation of Hurricane Helene forced Haynes to pivot in 2024. Unable to host the event in Asheville, he instead teamed up with Dave Matthews Band to host the star-studded SOULSHINE benefit at Madison Square Garden, raising over $4.5 million to aid hurricane victims in North Carolina and Florida.
The 2025 Christmas Jam featured seven hours of live music, including performances from Asheville’s own MJ Lenderman, Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Stone Temple Pilots, a tribute to late Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh helmed by his son Grahame Lesh and Haynes, and more…
