GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Greenville Police Department is remembering the life and service of a fallen officer decades after his death.
Officials said Officer James Russell Sorrow died on Sept. 19, 1996 while on duty.
“Officer Sorrow proudly served with the Greenville Police Department for four years before making the ultimate sacrifice,” the police department wrote.
