An East Toledo man was killed early Sunday while riding an electric scooter in a hit-and-run crash, according to Toledo police.
Nathaniel Labelle, 21, of the 2000 block of Greenwood Avenue, was riding a Veo scooter southbound on Main Street between 2nd and 4th streets. A vehicle was also southbound on Main and struck the scooter around 1:16 a.m., police said.
