A grove of cottonwoods were cleared next to Girdwood’s Mercantile in the past couple months to make room for a triplex of condos and commercial space, the latest of several developments to crop up in downtown.
Priced between $875,000 and $899,000, the three condos are already spoken for, according to realtor Kelleigh Shea.
