PALMER TWP., Pa. – The husband-and-wife team behind a well-known mobile food business has expanded operations with a new eatery.
Armando and Yesenia Rodriguez, owners of the La Frikitona food truck, offering authentic Puerto Rican specialties, held a soft opening of Chinchorro by La Frikitona on Friday at 2600 William Penn Highway in Palmer Township, Armando told 69 News.
The couple is excited to further serve the community with a brick-and-mortar location.
