CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A Lowcountry woman who started her own nonprofit at 19 is inviting people to support the community and those in need.
Zacora Scott is organizing several events this fall to support the Evelyn A. Scott Foundation, which she recently created to provide young people with resources and a community space.
The foundation has held back-to-school drives, and on Saturday, Sept. 26, she is inviting people to participate in a kickball tournament, which she says she’s had lots of support on this journey to build this foundation…
