WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – Vicious Biscuit will open its first Cincinnati-area restaurant Sept. 28 in West Chester Township, launching six days of giveaways, specials and community events.
The fast-casual breakfast and brunch restaurant will be at 7240 Outfitters Way.
