Three people were shot after an apparent road rage situation led to a crash and a shooting on the West Loop Sunday night, according to the Houston Police Department.
HPD originally reported two people were shot, but is now saying three were shot. A 7-year-old was caught up in the chaos, but was not hurt, police said.
