LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — What began as a night downtown with her daughters quickly turned into a moment Kizzie Davis says she will not forget.
Davis was in Little Rock’s River Market area Saturday night, keeping close to her children when the atmosphere suddenly changed.
