STARK COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – The Canal Fulton – Lawrence Township Fire Department responded to a report of a crash involving a semi early Monday afternoon.
According to the fire department, the report involved a passenger vehicle and a semi-truck with entrapment on Great Lakes Boulevard NW near Arcadia Street NW.
When crews arrived, they found significant damage to the vehicle and immediately began stabilization, patient care and extrication operations.
