Kris Jenner Reveals Natural Hands at Star-Studded Los Angeles Gala
Kris Jenner, 70, made a striking appearance at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art Opening Night Gala in Los Angeles on September 19. The reality TV icon dazzled in a dark navy satin dress paired with a sparkling blue sequin coat, complemented by matching navy diamond earrings and a fresh, natural glam makeup look.
Known for often concealing her hands with gloves due to visible signs of aging that contrast with her youthful facial appearance, Kris’s hands were notably uncovered at the event. This comes after the businesswoman underwent an expensive facelift reportedly costing $100,000, a procedure that has drawn attention with fans remarking that she “looks younger than her daughters.”
Kris openly discussed her decision to have the facelift in a Vogue interview, stating, “I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh. I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.
Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself.” She added, “If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don’t want to do anything – then don’t do anything.
But for me, this is ageing gracefully. It’s my version.”
The procedure was performed by renowned surgeon Dr. Steven Levine, with Kris’s daughter Kylie Jenner providing in-person support and Kim Kardashian joining via FaceTime.
Accompanied by her longtime partner Corey Gamble, Kris was all smiles on the red carpet. The couple, together since 2014, appeared effortlessly coordinated in matching dark navy and light blue ensembles. Kris has affectionately referred to Corey as her “forever date,” expressing no desire to marry again.
The gala celebrated the upcoming public opening of the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, founded by filmmaker George Lucas and his wife Mellody Hobson. The museum, set to open on September 22, will showcase an extensive collection spanning painting, photography, sculpture, illustration, and comic art.
Featured artists include Judy Baca, Diego Rivera, Norman Rockwell, and many more. The event attracted numerous high-profile guests, including Gayle King, Laura Dern, Oprah Winfrey, and Greta Gerwig.
