MARTIN, MI – The fastest speed in NHRA drag racing history was set at West Michigan’s U.S. 131 Motorsports Park on Monday, Sept. 21.
Top Fuel dragster driver Shawn Langdon broke the record during the Great Lakes Nationals semifinal round. He notched a speed of 346.95 mph, traversing the 1,000-foot track in 3.663 seconds.
