LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – The death of a 57-year-old Lansing man found injured in July has been ruled a homicide, according to the Lansing Police Department.
Officers were called around 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 13, to the 300 block of East Oakland Avenue for a report of a person bleeding from the head. Responding officers found Robert Smith, who was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
