LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — To address the need for affordable housing that is growing as the homeless population increases, a new apartment building is opening in a former Lancaster County hotel.
Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment authorities purchased the former Lancaster Lincoln Inn and plans to convert the rooms into more than forty affordable living apartments.
