SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – Two Seminole County cities are moving to finalize their upcoming budgets as uncertainty lingers around the potential impact of Amendment 3.
Leaders in Oviedo and Longwood will vote Monday on millage rates for each city’s budget, which takes effect Oct. 1.
