GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — CarMax will lay off more than 145 corporate employees, with 60 being in the Goochland County office, a spokesperson confirmed.
On Friday, Sept. 18, a CarMax spokesperson told 8News that 60 associates will be impacted. Officials reportedly chose to reduce its corporate office staffing by about 145 associates to “support our strategic priorities and operate with a leaner corporate workforce.”
