Members of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development North Carolina team recently participated in a groundbreaking ceremony with Angier and Black River Fire Department.
The Angier and Black River Fire Department will utilize a $6 million loan through USDA’s Community Facilities Program to construct a new five-bay fire station.
“This $6 million investment in the Angier and Black River Fire Department puts rural North Carolina first by giving our firefighters the modern facilities they need to protect families, farms, businesses and livelihoods.
