TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A man is facing a charge of child endangerment after a child in his custody consumed weed gummies.
According to court records, Philemon Dinkins, 23, had custody of the victim, when the child got into the defendant’s book bag containing melatonin and weed gummies.
