SINTON, Texas — Butter’s BBQ in Sinton announced on Facebook that it will no longer serve brisket after struggling to keep up with rising meat prices and declining sales.
The restaurant said brisket alone has accounted for more than 70% of its total grocery costs, making it increasingly difficult to continue serving the popular BBQ favorite.
