The city of Wheaton’s Planning and Zoning Board voted 5-1 on Sept. 9 to recommend rezoning a College Church lot where the church intends to build an accessible parking lot. The two hour and 15-minute meeting included almost an hour of public comment and questions from the board.
After addressing earlier agenda items, the board turned to College Church’s rezoning application and the proposed parking lot.
