All it took was the right bite at breakfast to spark entrepreneur Adebiyi Wale’s intrigue.
While wandering downtown Dallas with his wife and an appetite, the couple happened into a franchise of the Florida-based Keke’s Breakfast Cafe when a plan was born. Wale quickly reached out to longtime friend and fellow Nigeria-born tech industry professional Danny Ohioze to get the wheels in motion.
“We walked in, and it looked fantastic,” Wale said in a news release. “We sat down, the food was great, and immediately my wife started talking about how good the food looked. Before we even got the food, I texted Danny and said, ‘We need to open this business.’ That is where the story started.”…
