OREGON CITY, Ore. (KATU) — A man from Washington was sentenced to 25 years in prison for sexually abusing a 3-year-old girl he was babysitting at a Molalla home back in 2023.
A Clackamas County jury found Thomas Irvin Kelly, 40, of Olympia guilty of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and unlawful first-degree sexual abuse.
The Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office said the charges stem from an incident in July of 2023 when he abused a 3-year-old he was babysitting at a home in Molalla. The child reported the abuse to her daycare provider the following day…
