HONOLULU (KHON2) — The remnants of Tropical Depression Fifteen-E are increasingly likely to redevelop into a tropical cyclone.
“It’s not common, but it’s not unusual for something to weaken and then redevelop in a different basin or later in the same basin,” said National Weather Service Warning Coordination Meteorologist John Bravender.
