ATLANTA, Ga. — A high school senior is facing a long road to recovery after surviving a plane crash in Georgia earlier this month.
Family friends said Grady was critically injured in a single-engine plane crash less than a mile from Paulding Northwest Atlanta Airport on Sept. 3.
He was attending flight school to one day become an Air Force pilot engineer.
