TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Gwendolyn Gresham recalls the moment her apartment ceiling collapsed earlier this month.
“It was like, ‘Boom, boom, boom.’ It was three different things. It was the ceiling first, the closet wall, the other wall, and then the rest of the ceiling. So it barricaded me in. I was just out the window, pressing my face against the window to breathe and call for help,” Gresham said.
