BATON ROUGE — A new Baton Rouge restaurant is offering soul food crossed with elevated dining, with a former LSU quarterback acting as the restaurant’s chef.
Joelle’s Soul and Savor opened earlier this month on Westfork Drive in the old Hawk’s Nest restaurant, with Rohan Davey, who was a Tiger from 1998 to 2001, cooking up the food.
