CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Workers at CSPS Hall walked into a flooded basement Sunday, despite the city spending tens of millions of dollars to keep floodwater out of the Czech Village NewBo area.
Anna Patty, CSPS Hall fund development manager, described the scene.
“The water was absolutely just exploding out of our drain in the basement,” Patty said.
Cause differs from 2008 flood
