CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — The eighth annual Cedar Rapids Halloween Parade is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 24, in the city’s NewBo District.
This year’s event, organized by the Terry-Durin Company, is themed “Howl-O-Ween Full Moon Parade: Monsters at Large.” Organizers say the parade will be held during a full moon.
