SAN ANTONIO – A man found dead in Woodlawn Lake after severe storms hit the San Antonio area August 28 has been identified as 64-year-old Juan Rolando Chavez, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner.
San Antonio police said Chavez’s body was pulled from the lake August 30 after storms brought flooding to the area. His body was found by a park patron, police said.
His cause of death was ruled asphyxia by drowning and his manner of death was determined as an accident…
