A Eugene woman filed a $980,000 lawsuit against Eugene-based Angels Daycare Corp. and its owner after her child was bitten by a dog.
Rasia Pouncie, parent of Safiya Pouncie, filed the lawsuit Sept. 15 in Lane County Circuit Court against Angel “Angie” Green and her daycare, Angels Daycare and Preschool, located at 873 Cornwall Ave. in Eugene.
