BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A criminal case brought against a school counselor in Delano who was accused of failing to report abuse between two students has been dismissed, prosecutors said.
The case against Natalie Fragoso was dismissed last week after prosecutors conducted a further review and determined it fell outside their filing guidelines, according to Kern County District Attorney’s Office spokesperson Daniela Gonzaga.
