FOLLY BEACH, S.C. (WCSC) — Folly Beach officials are proposing new parking rules aimed at reducing confusion for the roughly 1.5 million people who visit the beach each year.
The proposal would require private parking lots to post rates, operating hours, payment methods, and contact information at every main entrance, or prominently online.
Private lots would also be required to state that they are not city-run.
