CLEVELAND, Ohio — A grand jury has indicted a Shaker Heights man whom prosecutors said was doing stunts on an ATV when a woman fell off and died.
The Monday indictment accuses Domonick Smith of aggravated vehicular homicide and failure to stop after a May 17 accident that killed Yarianalie Garcia, court records show.
