GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – The founder of Jungle Friends primate sanctuary in Alachua County claims important context is missing from a complaint accusing the business of substandard conditions for the animals.
A report sent by the U.S. Department of Agriculture says the sanctuary violated the Animal Welfare Act by not providing the animals proper food or living conditions.
