Investors have spent well over $140 million to buy East Bay industrial properties in recent weeks as a growing number of industrial, logistics and warehouse centers have been acquired for artificial intelligence needs, according to multiple commercial real estate firms.
An affiliate of Lift Partners paid $59.4 million for a 249,000-square-foot building at 21001 and 21005 Cabot Blvd. in Hayward, documents filed on Sept. 11 with the Alameda County Recorder’s Office show.
