SWATARA TOWNSHIP, PA — Two people face charges after separate incidents involving emergency personnel directing traffic at a serious collision scene on Sept. 21.
At approximately 4:59 p.m., two Swatara Township police officers were directing traffic in the area of Paxton Street and Mushroom Hill Road when a driver disregarded their commands and drove around them, nearly striking both officers.
