ENOLA, PA — A 30-year-old man was arrested on drug charges early Thursday morning.
Anthony Wayne Fickes Jr., 38, of Pennsylvania, was detained by East Pennsboro Township Police at approximately 2:13 a.m. at 4th Street and State Street.
