A commercial truck that sat neglected in a Sugar Land shopping center parking lot for roughly four years has finally been hauled away, ending a long-running mystery for shoppers and neighbors along the 4500 block of Highway 6. The vehicle had flat tires and expired registration by the time it disappeared.
The truck was gone when KPRC Click2Houston reported its removal. The vehicle had remained in the parking lot for years before that intervention.
Earlier reporting on the truck, which first drew attention as a commercial vehicle that appeared to have been abandoned in the shopping center parking lot, found that its tags showed it hadn’t been registered since 2022.
