CHURCH POINT, La. (Acadiana News First) – The Church Point Police Department is asking for help to locate a man they say is responsible for a July shooting.
Dezryn Tyrell Freeman, 21, is accused of attempted first-degree murder, armed robbery, theft of a firearm, and illegal use of a weapon, police say.
The shooting happened around 2 p.m. on July 31 in Richard Circle off West Keller Street. One man was shot, and the shooter fled the scene, according to police.
Police identified Freeman as the suspect and believe he may be hiding in the Jennings area…
