JANESVILLE — A second person was charged in an alleged coordinated effort to pitch a latex glove filled with tobacco over a fence to an inmate at the Rock County Jail.
Bethaney Rose Klopp-Johnson, 25, Edgerton, was arrested for delivering illegal articles to an inmate as a party to a crime. Kinzie Stuebe, 28, Beloit, was arrested on the same charge and felony bail jumping.
On Aug. 21, a black Mazda SUV was seen outside the jail with an unidentifed passenger throwing a blue latex glove out the passenger side window toward the trash compactor area of the jail. Steube was later identified as the owner of the vehicle…
