SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio mother has been arrested after her 2-month-old baby was taken to the hospital with a swollen leg and doctors discovered several broken bones, some of them already healing.
Brenda Inolia Young is charged with injury to a child.
The investigation began Aug. 23, when the baby was taken to University Hospital. An examination found a fresh spiral fracture of the right thigh bone, but doctors soon discovered several older injuries as well…
