BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — The first Broken Arrow Film Festival is set for Oct. 2 and 3, bringing independent filmmakers, special guests and Hollywood-inspired attractions to the Rose District.
Festival director Brad Heath said the idea gained momentum after Broken Arrow announced a $100,000 film incentive.
“Broken Arrow had announced a $100,000 film incentive, and as someone who works in the industry, that’s eye-opening,” Heath said. “We know the state has one, the city of Tulsa has one, and now Broken Arrow has one.”…
